World Ventures Expert Review-Expert Words From an Expert Leader in the Network Marketing Industry
WorldVentures, the company that’s changing travel and putting you in all corners of the globe. This WorldVentures expert review puts the reader at the frontline of research into the company, and this review article will assist anyone looking to learn more about
Launched about 3 years ago, WorldVentures has grown into a fairly well-known travel-based network marketing company and is looking to keep growing its volume of trips, marketers, rewards, and more.
There are a few things about the company that have intrigued me and there are a few key pieces of advice that I think you, the reader, might want to know; especially if this is your first shot at WorldVentures research.
WorldVentures Info Piece #1:
The company works on a binary structure. The structure of a company is the heart of the operations, and the basis for compensation. WorldVentures on the common binary structure (2 legs/marketer). This creates a fair list of pros and cons, mainly encouraging overrides on unlimited depth, but discouraging a marketer’s move to branch out and create a diverse team. The binary structure leads to a quick growth in depth and a large size of team, but whether it’s sustainable and promising in diversity is debatable. The way many companies manage a binary structure (due to its quick growth in depth) is by increasing commissionable volume and team size minimum requirements, keeping the company in healthy financial status and keeping the marketers in balance.
WorldVentures Info Piece #2:
The company works on monthly and annual membership fees. This is a big drawback for a lot of potential marketers, but many times can be combatted by marking monthly costs down and knocking monthly count up. WorldVentures has mastered this by offering its marketers low monthly payments for a continual string of months….in addition to that, WorldVentures also works on annual fees, doubling you up on monthly and annual costs. This is not always a bad thing, but it depends on your methods for business operation and financial management.
WorldVentures Info Piece #3:
With WorldVentures, you are given access and discounts to dozens of travel packages and discounts. To corners all over the world, you have the opportunity to travel for a low price, and even earn commission back. This one speaks for itself.
There is one more tidbit I want to share with you, and it should be a tidbit that you can take to any network marketing company you ever consider partnering with. This is something you all need to keep in mind, and it’s something we all need to be aware of in our network marketing partnerships.
Read the people, make a connection, and find a business partner. This is a people business and if you can’t find your own happiness in a team, how do you expect your future business partners to do the same? What I always like to tell my team is: look for a business partner, not a salesman. If you decide to buy in with the company, understand you are going to be working with that person for awhile and you need to assure it’s someone you make a connection with. As often as you hear it, it’s true; they really do become your business partner! Ask yourself, what kind of personality do I want to partner with? And when you find the company you like, go on a hunt through that company to find the personality you want to work with. It will make all the difference in your business and I promise you will thank me down the road.
If you put forth the effort and the energy, you will succeed at this business. Continue to do your diligence, and if you ever need more advice, you know who to call!
Good luck and I wish you best on your endeavors. When it’s time I promise there will be success at the handshake.
